As a lifelong dancer, aerialist, athlete, and fitness professional, Meredith has had a long-time relationship with the human body and ultimately a deep respect for its intuitive abilities. Her personal experiences have taught her that the level of support we receive during life’s biggest transitions have a tremendous impact on how positively we view our experiences and ourselves. She believes in supporting you in achieving a positive birthing experience and helping you to define your style and success as a new parent.

In addition to her work as a birth and postpartum doula, Meredith is a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Newborn Care Specialist, Placenta Encapsulation Specialist, and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. In addition to her work in the field of Maternal Child Health, Meredith is Certified Pilates Instructor (PMA), and a vibrational sound therapist. Meredith has worked for many years in the fitness industry as an educator for a Pilates instructor certification program and currently enjoys overseeing the childbirth education program for a local hospital where she also provides lactation support to new families as an IBCLC.
